Traumausblick und sehr gute Wohnung
zum Entspannen und Relaxen, top! In Verbindung mit dem Pool, klasse! Die Unterkunft ist super und der Wohn-und Essbereich ist klimatisiert. Klar, geht immer besser, aber das Preis-Leistungsangebot ist sehr gut. Da das Haus, wie in Bergregionen, höher gelegen ist, ist das Auto ein Muss um fort zu kommen. Wir (vierköpfige Familie) waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder dahin. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer bemüht, alles in Ihrer Machtstehende zu bewältigen. Sehr schöne Zeit

Traumhafter Meerblick
Die Vermieter sind ein sehr freundliches Ehepaar, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung ist ein wenig mager, z.B. nur eine winzige Pfanne, leider kein Backofen. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen und es auch allen empfehlen. Der Ort liegt in den Bergen oberhalb von Opatija, man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Kvarner Bucht.

Schöne Unterkunft, grandioser Blick, Pool, ruhig, Abseits des Trubels am Berghang gelegen und doch nahe genug zu Allem, was der Urlauber so besucht und braucht. Anreise mit Auto empfohlen

Mooi appartement met geweldig uitzicht
Wij verbleven een week in dit ruime appartement. Het was de eerste keer wel erg lastig om het te vinden. Zeer grote woonkamer en ruime slaapkamers. Keuken ook groot. We misten alleen wel een magnetron/oven. Douche prima. Ruime balkons met mooi uitzicht op de zee en de omgeving. En zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en zijn vrouw die alles deden om het je naar de zin te maken. Geen minpunten? Jawel, de wifi deed het eerst wel en later helemaal niet meer. Is helaas ook niet opgelost. Zelf voor 11 euro een simkaart gekocht waarmee we een week lang volledig onbeperkt op het 4g netwerk konden.

Les apparences sont trompeuses
En 10 ans de réservations via internet c’est notre première critique négative. Nos exigences sont simples: un bon lit,une cuisine correctement équipée et bien sûr airco et piscine pour supporter le soleil méditerranéen. Voici point par point nos déconvenues : 1. Accueil administratif, les propriétaires parlant un anglais très limité. Les fenêtres et volets étaient restés ouverts. Il faisait aussi chaud dans l’appartement qu’à l’extérieur, soit plus de 30 degrés. 2. Airco uniquement dans le living, rien dans les chambres. Totalement insuffisant vu le volume de l’appartement qui de plus est situé sous le toit. La chambre des parents, séparée par le hall, est impossible à rafraîchir. Après deux nuits sans pratiquement dormir, mon épouse s'est installée dans la chambre des enfants un peu moins chaude, et j'ai dormi sur le divan lit du living. 3. La cuisine dispose d’un matériel très limité. Le four a été supprimé par les propriétaires sous prétexte que, je cite « les gens sont très sales et nous n’avons pas le temps de nettoyer les appartements et les fours. La photo de la cuisine a été supprimée après notre séjour 4. La connection internet ne fonctionne pas ou de manière très aléatoire 5. Le mobilier des chambres semblait assez ancien, mais ok sur photo. Le problème c’est que les matelas à ressorts sont d’époque. Vous écrasez complètement le matelas en vous asseyant et vous avez le plaisir de ressentir chaque ressort quand vous vous allongez. En plus vous profiez d’un mélange d’odeur de vieille poussière, de cigarette et de transpiration. Dégoûtant. Un véritable scandale pour un logement qui se prétend 3 étoiles 6. La salle de bain est minuscule, mais dispose d’une douche hi-tech... Seuls les jets fonctionnent, le reste pas. Les propriétaires vous demandent de couper l’airco quand vous quittez l’appartement (rappel la journée il fait 35 degrés) et pendant la nuit également et d’ouvrir les fenêtres (sans moustiquaire…). De manière très désagréable, en cours de notre séjour, la propriétaire nous a fait la remarque que l'air conditionné risque de tomber en panne parce que nous le laissions tourner en permanence. Les propriétaires se sont vexés quand j'ai demandé si ils avaient une solution pour l'airco et pourquoi le four avait disparu. En résumé, la Croatie est très belle mais je vous conseille de cherchez ailleurs.
