This holiday home is located in the small coastal town of Ika between Opatija and Lovran. It is functionally furnished. There is a small veranda in front of the house where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. There is a large, beautifully landscaped garden with pool and garden furniture with barbecue, which you share with the guests of buildings CKO324 and CKO645. Ika has the charm of an old fishing village. It lies on the slopes of Uka. As you stroll through the enchanting streets, you will discover old houses, Art Nouveau villas that served as cottages for the former Austro-Hungarian elite, as well as modern villas. Sports and recreation enthusiasts will find a wide range of sporting activities here, from swimming, diving and fishing to cycling and hiking. The Lungomare promenade, which also runs through Ika, stretches from Opatija to Lovran. A special attraction of the place is a fishing evening, where you can feel the way of life of a typical coastal town, help the fishermen to knit a net and taste the fresh catch prepared by local chefs. Today, Ika is also the academic centre of the entire Riviera, as it is home to the internationally recognised Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, which educates hundreds of students from all parts of Croatia and abroad. Visit some of the best restaurants nearby that offer local specialities. For all nature and hiking lovers, we recommend Mount Uka, from where you have an unforgettable view of the Kvarner Bay in good weather.
