"We used this a our main base for touring the Netherlands. It was near Amsterdam, slept 7 easily, roomy enough for us all. It was tough to speak with anyone with the accomodation before we got there as to how each room was stocked. Lots of dishes and cutlery. Nice and close to Volendam to walk into town and stroll. If we go back would use again. "

Sie war schön eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eine Info, wo die Waschmaschine zu finden ist und wie der Müll zu entsorgen ist, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Friendly and useful staff, beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the cottage was spacious and clean, and supplied with sufficient equipment (including a recent dishwasher and quite comfortable beds). Only 20 minutes away from Amsterdam if you fancy a visit , but Volendam itself is definitely worth exploring. We highly recommend this place ."

Nur die extrem spartanisch (also ungenügend) eingerichtete Küche ist, zumindest für Selbstkocher, ein Unding. Da muss auch unbedingt ein brauchbarer Affalleimer hin. Deswegen fehlen dann doch einige Sternchen...."
