"While proximity to the train station and Geneva is desirable, I would not recommend staying at this accommodation. The listing deceitful and way to expensive for what it is. "No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

"Overall our stay was very enjoyable the chalet was very well equipped and spacious and the hot tub and pool table were a great addition . However, it would have been helpful to have some information relating to use of some of the appliances. We arrived early evening and were not given any introduction as the owner had left. After an 8 hour drive it would have been nice to have had some basic supplies as is normal for this type of property however, we had to go straight out again to find a shop....
