"A delightful homestay! Mama Kim was so welcoming and prepared lovely meals. We enjoyed chatting with her using Google translate. She helped arrange boats and motorbike/taxis to local bays where we enjoyed snorkelling. It was a short stroll down the lane to the beachfront and cafes. "

"It’s a beautiful setting further out from central hoi a but the surroundings are spacious and peaceful. A short grab ride to various places makes it a nice balance to be next to the river and rice fields whilst still able to enjoy the bustling town. The pool is large and buildings fairly new."

"The host family are so warm and welcoming. You immediately feel like part of the family. Al a carte menu is available and breakfast cooked by the host Nge is a great way to start your day. Rooms are spacious and have all the basics to make your trip comfortable. The villa backs onto the local herb gardens and you can watch the locals tender to the crops. Out the front is a view of the river .The area is peaceful and relaxing and a great place to unwind, 5 mins by scooter to the beach and 10 mins...

"Very nice family run guest house. The owner was able to arrange a taxi for me from Da Nang then to the airport upon departure. At a better price than I could get. The beach is right across the street. Many good restaurants within walking distance. The room is large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good variety. It was very nice to have the use of a bicycle for going into town. Communication was very easy. I highly recommend and would stay here again."

"Mama Kim hosted us at her place as if we were from the family ! She has such a smiling face and so many nice attention that you forget about the language differences! She cooks as a chef, and her location is just amazing if you want to mingle with local people. We have also been on a fishing excursion organized by her, and it was so authentic. Such a pleasant moment ! I just regret that I couldn't stay longer !!"

"Lovely staff and lovely hotel. 15 minute taxi out of Old Town, and Grabs are easy to get. Shower over bath was difficult to use but we made do. Hotel is very eco friendly. The snacks they provide are a nice touch. Lots of activities provided by the hotel. Breakfast was okay - eggs made to order and coffee were great. Rooms immaculately clean. Would be a lovely place to enjoy the pool, but we came in the wrong season. "

"This resort had a lot of cozy space: we enjoyed hanging out around the pool and in the lounge area. The staff were all very helpful, and the breakfast buffet provided an excellent variety of foods. Our room was advertised as "partial ocean view," which was a bit of an exaggeration as our room directly overlooked the garage (and the rooster!) of the house next door, and we could see the ocean only if we stood on tiptoe on our balcony and craned our necks. Another hotel is being built across the street, which will soon block any direct view of the ocean. However, the room itself was very nice, the property was well maintained, and we enjoyed our stay outside the busy old town area. This property was a great value and I would definitely stay here again."

"I recently stayed here for 6 nights and was very impressed with the service and room. All staff here and especially Nguyent were very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Water, transport, spa services, etc. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa for helping to make my first visit to Vietnam so special. The location is close to some restaurants and mini marts but is more set in a local community. Getting a Grab to take you wherever is easy. Absolutely felt safe as a solo female traveler. "

"Loved the hotel. Stayed in a bungalow with a lagoon view for several nights and it was comfortable and spacious. Lots of amenities on site too. Staff were great. Location was great. Lots of good options for breakfast. Hotel has a shuttle bus into the town centre that runs multiple times a day. Also has private beach access. "

"Great pool, great breakfast, lovely staff, spacious room, quality gym. We only stayed there one day after a few days near Old Town, and although we had some rain the walk up to An Bang beach along the sand was nice (approx 3km). We also walked to dinner at a local restaurant called Mate's restaurant, which I also recommend for a quality fresh meal. "

"I had an awesome holiday at this location. Each day for breakfast, the staff personally gave me bacon that wasn't on the menu for others. Food selection was fabulous. All staff members were very courteous and wanted to ensure your stay was pleasant."
