"This is a wonderful boutique hotel perfectly situated for a stay in beautiful Bergamo's Citta Alta. We were greeted so warmly - the managers and staff are all smiles all the time! - and welcomed with a glass of lovely local White and a charcuterie board, while we watched the tiny funicular which goes up to the highest point of the town. "Ginevra rooms is beautiful! We loved the watch theme and got to stay in the cartier room, of which there was a hige cartier watch on the wall behind the bed. Leila was lovely, polite and very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, modern and exatcly what we needed. I have been to Bergamo 3 times and will definitely be using Ginevra rooms again."

"What an amazing village the pizza restaurant was excellent too. The couple who run the hotel were amazing and the room was extremely clean and spacious. It had a lovely balcony with seats to soak up the panoramic view."

"The room was clean and spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view of the Alps. On the ground floor, there is a small pizzeria with a very good pizza. There is no reception there so make sure you do your check-in beforehand in order to get a password for the key locker. We did not receive any links from hotels.com but the owner replied quickly on WhatsApp and sent us the code while we were standing in front of the entrance. "Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, hell und sauber. Die Gastgeber sind nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist vielleicht ein bisschen problematisch, wenn man ohne Auto ist, aber man braucht ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen um Zentrum zu erreichen. Ehrlich gesagt, uns hat das nicht gestört. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Man kann da alles finden. Die Natur in der Umgebung ist wunderbar. Empfehlenswert wirklich. "

"Check-in experience was terrible because I had to wait outside with my bags for half an hour even though I kept the manager of the place updated about my changing ETA. And by the way he assumes that you can make a local call so he knows what time to arrive to his part-time job of managing the place and checking guests in. He is a decent guy otherwise, but the place also has a bit dirty floors and could use more punctual management. Also the beds are really squeaky so good sleep not guaranteed....
