"Die Familie, die vor uns das Objekt gemietet hatte, hatte leider geraucht. Die Rezeption vor Ort hat uns dies direkt bei der Ankunft gesagt und versichert, dass man den ganzen Morgen versucht habe, den Geruch loszuwerden. Uns wurde daher ein anderes, etwas teureres Haus, angeboten, ohne, dass wir extra zahlen mussten. Das andere Haus war sehr, sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. "Schönes Haus (wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt). Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gemütlich. Alles mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar."

"Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht realistisch. Ungepflegtes Haus. In der Badewanne lag Laub, auf dem Boden Pfützen. Lampen hatten teilweise Wackelkontakt, Sonnencreme o.ä. Am Korpus. Herausragende Schrauben am Schiebeschränken. Die Bettwäsche war altertümlich. Der Besen hatte seine beste Zeit lange hinter sich. Die Terrassenmöbel total verdreckt, die Sitzauflagen total verschlissen und der Grill mehr oder weniger ein Abfallplatz. Das Grundstück war ungepflegt. Das gesamte Objekt dient anscheinend...

"We had a great stay at the Chapel. its is centrally located in Hoorn with easy access to the square and the harbor. even though its in town it is very quiet. it is equipped with all the basic necessities for cooking. Bedrooms are upstairs. Sophia was a very gracious host. Thanks Sophia and hope to see you again "

Also there is a forest close-by and it takes only a short walk to the IJsselmeer.However, some things can be improved.1. Contact with the agency: we had to contact them before the trip to remind them deduct the money from our account and to send us the door codes. That should happen without reminder. "Bei Ankunft wurden wir vom Vermieter empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Marko ist total sympathisch und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt. Wir hatten abends gegen 20 Uhr ein Problem mit der Sicherung, er war innerhalb kürzester Zeit da und hat das Problem behoben. Total lieb war, dass er unserer Tochter wegen dieses kleinen Problems eine Kleinigkeit geschenkt hat. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub. Einziges Manko für uns war die Sauberkeit. "This home was perfect for us…two retired couples, traveling from Texas. The home was comfortable, it had nice amenities, and was perfectly located for all of our activities. Less than an hour from Amsterdam, 45 minutes from Keukenhof, an 11/2 hrs from Giethoorn, an hour from Gouda. The town center is close by, with great restaurants and grocery markets."

"It’s a lovely spacious house with everything we needed for our friends and young family. The host was brilliant and the check in / check out with Otto was perfect. He even went to the trouble of sending me something I stupidly left in the house! Brilliant guy. We will definately go back."

"At first I was a little worried as building had scaffold outside, But once inside it was a lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Check in completed quickly. Room was clean and comfortable and no noise from anywhere. 2 minute walk from sea front. Recommended "

"Our special requests were dealt with promptly. The staff were very helpful and we really appreciated the elevator. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the hotel and were pleased to discover meals at the nearby brew pub. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-appointed. The absolute best though was when we couldn’t get a taxi, reception called the hotel owner who drove us to our next destination - above and beyond good service!!"
