Terrible
We arrived and room had not been cleaned after previous occupant. Had to look for hosts contact info since it was not included in the check in txt. Was finally able to reach someone and was told our room had been missed by the cleaning staff and no one available to come and clean the room. . Was not offered another room even though place looked deserted. Ended up having to go find another room in another location. Host then proceeded to tell me I really had no booking because my card had been declined and would not get a refund. If I had no booking why was I sent check in information?? I would never recommend the Lyons motel.
Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2024
