"The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic). "

"Property was beautiful and clean, but unfortunately we were there the week before the outdoor pool opened. They charge for their indoor pool. We paid one day for my son (5) to use the indoor pool. Basic pool with small toddler slide. There is also a small pool outside the indoor pool area that you can use as well. Rooms are a bit tight for family of 4 with a 5 year old. "Our initial room was much smaller than we had expected based on the website pictures. Additionally, the window shade was broken. We requested a different room which the management provided. They then provided the option of a club level room that was larger and had a couple of extra perks, (coffee, beer, wine and snacks) for an additional $40 per nite. Definitely worth doing the upgrade. The staff is very pleasant and courteous but my not knowing Japanese did create some communication...

"My multiple trips to Japan have revealed this three-star hotel as the best I've experienced. The corner room was notably clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. The lobby's décor and ambiance were pleasing, and the location was ideal, with convenient stores, restaurants, and proximity to the monorail station and Kokusai-dori."

"Amazing location. Room was clean and spacious! Staff was accommodating and attentative. Laundry on site, breakfast buffet was immaculate with so many delicious options even my picky 10 year old loved it. 3 minute walk to Dotonburi. Rotating parking garage was very convenient. Highly recommend if you are staying in the Naha area."
