"We had a wonderful stay at the gite for over 2 weeks. It was the perfect place to visit the ehole of west Normandy includung Bayeux. It is close to the sea and to the village of Urville, where the local supermarket Utile had everyting you need and has great opening hours. The gite itself is cosy and the fact that it is near the castke with great gardens is an absolute plus. The interior is a bit outdated on some occasions an could do with some repairs, but our stay was very much ok. If i visit...

"Very nice accomodation, very clean and silent. Nice welcome by the landlord, the even provided vegatables form their own garden as a welcome gift. Nice communication and very kind people there."

La pelouse aurait gagnée à être tondue ; Difficultés à joindre la personne d'accueil à Surtainville ( noms erronés donnés 2 fois par Poplidays, attente de 40 mns au soleil à l'arrivée, sans banc, pour avoir les clés. Pas d'information concernant le fait que l’accueil se fait au camping) Sinon, séjour très agréable."

"This is the second time we have stayed here. The house is so well equipped and comfortable. We love the huge garden, the many lounge areas and the incredible location set back from the road yet walking distance to the shore. We were made to feel so welcome and will return again I’m sure."
