Our newly built house is size of 85m2 + 30m2 of terrace. On the upper floor there is a spacious fitted kitchen (35m2) , living room (sofa), TV, air conditioning, a bathroom and a large covered terrace that includes a wooden table (for six people) where you can eat while enjoying the view of the sea. On the lower floor there is a spacious bedroom (38m2), a double bed, sofa bed, air conditioning, bathroom and front lawn (30m2) with a sea view.While lying on the lawn you can enjoy in pine trees fragrances and peaceful view. The house includes two parking spaces in the shade of pine trees.We have a lot of space that can accommodate 4+2 persons. The greatest wealth of this property is the beautiful view of the sea and the beach, which stretches along the coast.The beach is just a few steps away.
