INTERIOR
There are two modern bedrooms on the upper floor of the left part of the building, each with double beds and en-suite bedrooms. The south room has an unbeatable sea view. The north room on the left part has a side sea view and access to the rear garden. Here you have a breathtaking view of the gigantic Omiška Dinara mountain. The floor-to-ceiling windows support the wonderful views. Both rooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes. The bathrooms have their own hairdryers as well as the necessary hygiene products. The fantastic rain showers complete the feel-good factor in the bathrooms.
In the right part of the Villa, the en-suit master bedroom is waiting for you on the upper floor with a free-standing bathtub. You don't even have to get up from the cozy king-size bed to enjoy the panoramic view over the sea. The floor-to-ceiling windows do not hide the view in any way. The built-in wardrobe, a "dumb waiter" and a comfortable armchair complete the room's furnishings. From the en-suite bedroom, you also have access to the rear garden of the house and the beautiful mountain view. You have your hairdryer, a fantastic rain shower and the necessary hygiene products as well.
On the ground floor of the right part is the superior room with a queen-size en-suite bedroom. The room also has a southwest view and directly access the terrace and the infinity pool. Of course, a built-in wardrobe and a comfortable armchair are not forgotten in this room. By the way, you will find our small library in this room. We hope that there is something for reading and relaxing for you.
On the ground floor, you will also find the wardrobe room and storage room equipped with a washing machine. The separate guest toilet is located directly next to the entrance door on this level.
In the heart of the Villa on the ground floor is the professional and fully equipped kitchen. This area connects the two parts of the building and is the hub of activity. The kitchen has everything you need: a spacious fridge with freezer and icemaker, dishwasher, ceramic hob and hot air oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Dishes and kitchen utensils are of course, available in sufficient quantity.
Next to the kitchen is the dining area. A modern, large Italian designer table offers enough space for at least eight people. Separated by a split-level staircase, you reach the living room. The existing gramophone rounds off the interesting interior. Put on a vinyl record and listen to the typical sounds of a gramophone while enjoying your glass of wine with a beautiful view...
The generous glass fronts on the ground floor give the rooms a special atmosphere flooded with light and thus form a harmonious unit with the outdoor area and the outdoor terrace.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Be sure to visit
Omiš - Not many towns in the world count their history in thousands of years, but the town of Omiš is one of them! The mouth of the Cetina river was first permanently inhabited in ancient times, more than 2000 years ago, and historians believe that the origins of the present-day Omiš are to be found in the small settlement of Oneum, which lay at the very foot of the impressive mountain guarding the town from the north – Omiška Dinara.
Makarska - Initially a Illyrian settlement, the Romans settled in the area in the early centuries AD. By the 7th century, the Slavs had come to the region and created a number of small settlements in this part of the coast.
Today the old town centers on Kačić Square. Ferries connect the port to nearby Brač island. To the east towers the rugged Mt. Biokovo, a nature reserve home to golden eagles and Balkan chamois, with hairpin roads up to Sveti Jure’s summit.
Split - Croatia’s second-largest city, Split (Spalato in Italian) is a great place to see Dalmatian life as it’s really lived. Always buzzing, this exuberant city has just the right balance of tradition and modernity.
