Our Vila with swimming pool is located in Ruskamen, 200 m from the sea, 5 km from Omiš. The Vila Mate is a modern house with five apartments. All apartments have a balcony with sea view, air conditioning and satellite tv, fridge, stove, coffee machine, towels, kettle, microwave, dishes and shower / toilet. A stone oven grill for free use is also available for you. Furthermore, we offer you an in-house parking lot directly in front of the door.

Vorteile wie auch viele Nachteile
Ankunft und Aufnahme war freundlich, die Wohnung war sauber und die Vermieter waren freundlich. Gefrierschrank und extra Kühlschrank. Die Lage war gut. Kinderfreundlich. An 1 Tag wurde für alle Mieter vom Vermieter gegrillt. Nachteile: Klima Nutzung 1,4 Stunden am Tag, mehr Verbrauch wird extra berechnet was nicht bei der Buchung und aufenthalt erwähnt wird und auch erst bei Abreise erwähnt und verlangt wird(die Klimaanlage stinkt). Beim Pool sind nur vier Liegen für ca 25 Gäste, der Pool wird meistens von den Vermieter und Familie ca 5 Personen genutzt. Beschwerde wegen Lautstärke schon beim unterhalten und lachen. Beschwerde bei Betten quietschen und die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Park Möglichkeiten beim Nachbarn da bei den eigenen Parkplätze das chlorwasser vom Pool überschwemmt.
