"With a growing family, we decided to try something new this year and have Christmas with the kids (all grown and have started their own families) at a rental property. We were looking for very specific things to accommodate everyone. These items were the number of rooms so everyone could have their own space, a central area where we could all hang out together comfortably, enough bathrooms, sledding availability, a large kitchen with supplies (pots and pans, utensils, etc. ) to cook family...

"We loved everything about this place. The location was gorgeous, plenty of space, not just your standard cabin inside. Amenities were fine, but there wasn't any hand soap in the entire place. However, nothing was that comfortable other than the rocking chairs. The couch is blown out and tattered, barely any support or cushion sitting down; and the bed we slept in was really worn down, we both woke up each morning with some back pain. Overall incredible place that needs a couple updates."

"This place is just as advertised on this site. Very spacious and open floor plan. The atv trails were nice for the young adults to use. The fishing ponds are hard to get to due to many overgrown weeds. Everyone loved looking at all the animals in the house. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials except hand towels. We had 17 adults and 6 small children and had plenty of room. Host worked well with us and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Beautifully decorated cabin with plenty of space for everyone! The kitchen had everything we needed (and lots of extra sweet treats!) The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!"

"You might want to do more research before you book here. FYI this cabin does not have a bathroom. It is situated on an old Boy Scout Camp, and the bathroom facility is in the main lodge of the camp. There is a cabin within just a couple feet of this one, so there isn’t any privacy. The manager was kind, and since our stay did not match the description of the property, he did work with us to make it right."

"Awesome space with great proximity to the lake. My 12-yo LOVED the “burrito” tempurpedic bed. Kitchen was very well appointed with an amazing knife block (incredibly unusual for a rental!) Love that it has laundry, and a great bathroom. Plenty of linens. We enjoyed the charcoal grill, the fire pit, and the picnic tables. Only wish there were screens on the sliding glass doors, and WiFi. We missed most of the Olympics because the tv had no service either, which in most cases we wouldn’t have even...
