"Really loved our stay here, the view and the sounds of the waves. We really needed this. Hosts were lovely and accomodating. Only thing was, the listing said it was a 2 bedroom, but it’s a one bedroom and the other beds are in the same room as the kitchen, which made it a bit tricky with a 5 yr old and a 5 month old. But we made it work 😊"

"What a lovely dog friendly place to stay, with a small fenced grassed area that is safe to let your dog be loose in. Parks and 11 km of Sandy beach right across the road , take-away choices walking distance few 100 meters down the road. It is quite a main road though so even though the unit has double glazing if you are not used to traffic noise trucks rumbling past might wake you through the night ( or the occasional loud motorbike or boy-racer type ). Just info for those easily woken by unfamiliar sounds. Also if you just want to put your feet up and enjoy a nice cup of tea after arriving pick up some milk along the way before you get there. Lovely and clean and very comfortable "

"Wonderful to stay in the garden caravan with my young son. Pam and Nev are wonderful hosts, the Caravan is spotless and perfect place to stay. Brilliant location right on the lakeside, playground, bush walks, golf and Rotorua just 20 minutes or so away. This was our second visit and we had such a good time. Thank you for having us. "
