"We loved everything about this cottage: the fabulous setting, privacy, inside was warm and comfortable, with double glazing, good curtains (if you like darkness to sleep) and a heat pump to cool down inside on a hot day! "We had a lovely stay in Porongahau. Katrina’s place was great for us to chill and take in the fresh country air, with visits from Tank the friendly dog and a lovely horse to pat. The Bach is very rustic, with an attached compost toilet and a gas heated hose for a shower, which added to the adventure and country charm! Katrina was a great host and very friendly.One thing that the place would benefit from is some curtains. Other than that - it was a great stay :)"
