- Guests can expect to descend a few stairs to get to the unit main door. The apartment itself will be on the first floor.
- Free street parking is readily available.
Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.
- The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required.
- No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.
