Perfect location! Come enjoy this 5 bedroom, 2.5bathroom ranch home located in the center of Omaha. No matter what part of Omaha you are traveling to you are only a short drive away! This newly renovated, spacious home will provide you and your guests everything you will need to enjoy your trip. This home can cater to a family with children or a group of friends on a weekend getaway. Guest's will love our memory foam beds, blackout curtains, and bedroom TV's. You will enjoy a large dining table(extra leaf and chairs available in hallway closet) in the kitchen and also outside. We provide 2 pack and plays at all times and a baby gate for added safety measures with little ones.
For guest safety we have to exterior recording devices.
-A ring doorbell camera on the front door that records video and sound 24/7 when activated by motion.
-Security camera located near the back yard gate that records video 24/7 when activated by motion.

Plenty of space
Multi generational family stay and it was perfect! Lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds, large kitchen table, and big sectional made for an enjoyable stay. We could all eat together, play games, etc.

Great location near restaurants and grocery store. Quiet neighborhood and there were even toys and games for the kids which was a great touch! Mindi was a great host and provided prompt responses to all of my questions!

Had my family come in town to celebrate and it was a perfect hangout spot for us to stay! Had 4 nephews with us ranging from 2-12yrs and it fit us all perfectly! Location was great, easy to get everywhere in town! Mindi was a great host, and communicated well!

Comfy house for mixed-ages family
Our time in Omaha was dependant on finding the right space for our multigenerational family to gather, and everything at Hamilton was just what we needed! We enjoyed the yard and having two living spaces. Bedrooms are a good size. The location and parking were perfect for our group. Mindi was a wonderful host!

A group of coworkers and I stayed here for a team retreat. Everyone had their own bedroom, and the space was good for getting some work done but also for hanging out and just spending some time together. The listing shows the place really well, no surprises. Highly recommended!

The house was well stocked with anything a family could need during their trip. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood with well kept homes lining both sides of the street. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Omaha area.

We stayed for a family Christmas celebration. The place was well kept and more than met our needs. The location is great with LOTS of restaurants and shopping in the area. If I could have rated the Host with more than 5 stars I would have. She was excellent to work with and answered any questions I had very quickly and efficiently. The property was excellent for our family. They provided everything you would need for infants and toddlers (2 pack n plays, games etc) The backyard was fantastic. The home looks small from the outside until you go inside. The 5 bedrooms were all very large. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. I highly recommend this property and would rent it again.

PERFECT SPACE FOR FAMILY GET-TOGETHERS!
We chose this house based on its central location and sleeping capacity, and were happily surprised by the ease with which we were able to entertain more family members as needed. The large basement offered a space for the kids to run wild, giving the adults a peaceful atmosphere upstairs for visiting. Our meals were eaten out, so the fact that there was coffee and creamer provided was a huge deal and eliminated the need for a grocery run. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to come and stay again next time!

More than 5 stars if I could.
If I could give this property more than five stars I would. We came to Omaha from Oregon and Kansas to celebrate our 2 year old granddaughters birthday with a trip to the omaha zoo. The home was clean and more than enough room for the 7 of us. We enjoyed a beautiful evening in the backyard and our granddaughter loved the watching the squirrels and bunnies and running in the cool grass. Thanks to Mindi for the best place to stay.

Family Trip to Omaha
We had a great weekend in Omaha at Hamilton House! We can not say enough about how comfortable we felt and all the little touches that made traveling with 2 kids 2 and under so much easier. We appreciated the pack n plays, toy box, dishes and kid size lawn chairs in the backyard. Our whole family loved being able to have their own spaces but also great living rooms for plenty of visiting and playing. Thank you for making our weekend so wonderful! We will be back!

Great Stay with Family in Omaha
We really enjoyed our stay at Hamilton House! We had 3 adults and 3 kids (ages 6mo, 18mo, 4yr) in the house and it was plenty big for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Nicely stocked kitchen so we cooked, grilled, and the kids loved the spacious backyard and patio. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Basement living area was a really great cozy space to retreat to. Location/neighborhood was awesome - near parks and everyone was so friendly! Our host Mindi was exceptional with her communication throughout our stay and with providing recommendations on things to do in the area. We truly felt like no detail was overlooked. Would definitely rebook and stay again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week in Omaha!
