I am very disappointed because I am on crutches and when I got to my room on the fourth floor the battery to my room to open it was dead. Therefore, I had to go all the way back downstairs to get it fixed. The employees were extremely helpful. It was just very frustrating because I had to carry my luggage up and Up and down multiple times before I can get into.

We were at the property during the same weekend as some kind of sports tournament. I understand that this isn’t probably possible, but it would have been nice to have a separate dining area for individuals not part of that group. We didn’t know it would be ao packed, and there was long lines and no food left on breakfast buffet.
