The master bedroom is an inviting space with a king-size bed, dresser, closet, a 42” TV, and an en-suite bath featuring a double-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. Adjacent to the master is the guest bedroom, perfect for sharing, with 3 twin beds including a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin Murphy bed. Down the hallway, you'll find a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer and a shared bathroom with a spacious single-sink vanity and a step-in shower.

The condo is within walking distance or a quick one-minute drive to the slopes at Palisades Ski Resort. The Base-to-Base Gondola now connects Alpine Meadows and Palisades Resort, providing great access to the incredible ski runs on both mountains.

During the summer months, enjoy a walk or bike ride on the Truckee River bike path, located 10 minutes from the home. With HWY 89 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas. Additionally, a public transportation (TART) stop is less than a 5-minute walk away at Olympic Valley Rd at the Post Office. This bus will take you to Tahoe City, where you can connect to locations such as Northstar California Resort. Proximity to HWY 89 offers quick access to the beautiful surrounding areas, with just a 20-minute drive to Truckee and a 15-minute drive to Tahoe City. In the winter, enjoy being only a one-minute drive from Palisades Tahoe ski resort and 10 minutes from Alpine Meadows.
