"Second time stopping here and wasnt disappointed. They had made some changes which were for the better, snack restaurants with served menu style food and a new adult entertainment area which was lovely. We definitely will be coming again as its had everything you need, beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere and really good food wherever you choose to eat. Really friendly staff "

"Rooms need improvement. Road access is very difficult and specially at night. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food variety is good. Receptionist has limited authority to take decisions. Good entertainment. Location of hotel is very nice. "

"Food was not very good after the 1st week. Quite a few people went down with a tummy bug including my daughter and I Drink was ok but ran out of most drinks ( Gin Vodka Malibu Diet Coke ) the last week. Room was kept clean and cleaner was a very friendly lady but we asked for a ground floor room but had to walk up and down several flights of stairs or stairs and a very steep slope to get to room at the back of complex Also there was a terrible stench of sewerage coming from the stream...

"Great for family Vecation"

"This was our first stay at an all inclusive and my husband and I had a great time. We thought there was a large variety of food, which many healthy options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and for the most part quiet (you can hear the entertainment go until maybe 11 pm or so), with a wonderful view. It was end of the season, so it seems prices were also quite low for the experience. Overall, we were very happy. My only complaint was how often and almost aggressively,...

"Food was delicious. Restaurant layout was nice. Plenty of friendly staff. Negatives: called for maintenance to check on water temperature and he wasn't the friendliest worker. Felt like he didn’t want to be there at all. Also couldn’t get wifi in our room."
