You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Black House - Singular industrial-style house

Ideal for enjoying a few days in the countryside. The open-air public swimming pool, with good rates for visitors, is very close to the house.

The house is located in a very quiet street. You can park in the garage or in the open space next to the house.

You go up 4 steps into the house and come to the lounge-dining room which has a chaise-longue type of sofa, TV, decorative fireplace, wooden and metal dining table and chairs, and views of the countryside outside.

The well-equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils necessary for your stay, with a door leading to the patio outside and to the garage.

In the sleeping area there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Full bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and walk-in shower. Above the bedrooms is a small open loft area with a very low roof which you can reach by going up a metal staircase with 2 single beds on the floor where you can sleep, read or play.


OUTSIDE
A small outdoor patio with barbecue and a sliding metal door which leads to the open space next to the house and the garage where the laundry room and boiler are. From the garage you go up to a large sun-terrace with sun loungers, hammock and a parasol.

1 double bedroom with a double bed and views outside. 1 double bedroom with two single beds and views of the small patio with barbecue. The bedrooms have wardrobes and bed linen. 1 space in the loft with two single beds on the floor.

1 full bathroom with shower, toilet, 2 sinks and towels. Hair dryer.

Comfort: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, parking inside garage, parking outside, air-conditioning (hot-cold).

Outside: patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Sun-terrace with sun loungers, hammock, parasol and magnificent views.

Location / area

The nearby area is well known for its cultural heritage and beautiful landscape. La Moixina is a natural spot of great geo-botanical interest, along with its springs and water, and this charming landscape has inspired numerous painters.


The house is also very close to the Garrotxa’s Volcanic Zone Natural Park, where you can explore a unique land of ancient volcanoes, beech woods, waterfalls and pools, along the many walking and cycling routes. You can also visit the medieval villages and other interesting sites of Santa Pau, the Castellfollit de la Roca viewpoint, Llierca bridge, the Fageda d’en Jordà (beech woods) or the Tosca Pedra Park, among others.

We shouldn’t forget to mention the typical gastronomy offered by the local restaurants, and a very lively cultural heritage. A region well worth exploring.
