"Non posso dire nulla in quanto appena arrivato non aveva la camera sostenendo che non aveva nessuna prenotazione, quando invece sul sito la dava disponibile ed avevo anche pagato. Secondo me qualcuno ha "comprato" tutte le camere per cui non aveva considerato la mia visto che aveva un prezzo conveniente. Per fortuna hotel.com ha risolto trovandomi una sistemazione migliore. Perdite umide dai muri e inadeguata la stanza, la signora gerente che ci ha accolti con sgarbo e superficialità, oltre a richiedere il rimborso abbiamo richiesto un voucher ad expedia per poter rimediare a questo spiacevole inconveniente con sue bambine a bordo.
