Character house in the maquis, panoramic sea mountain view with swimming pool.

House of character, made of stones, surrounded by 6000 m2 of land with rocks, olive trees and oaks. The house is composed on the ground floor of 2 double bedrooms and 1 shower room with toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed with an additional pull-out bed. The second bedroom is equipped with a large double bed which can be separated into 2 single beds as needed. The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase. Upstairs, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining room opening onto the terrace via a bay window with pocket, a large living room with fireplace, sofa, television and fiber wifi internet access. The living room also opens onto a 30m2 terrace from which there is an exceptional view of the mountain and the Gulf of Valinco. You can see the tip of Sardinia, and kites hovering just above your eyes. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture with corner sofa and armchairs, and a dining area with table and chairs, as well as an electric barbecue. On this floor there is a 3rd double bedroom with a large double bed which can be separated into 2 single beds, a private shower room and toilet. This room is accessed from the outside. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the side of the house is an above-ground swimming pool 5 m long by 3 m wide, surrounded by a screened swimming pool area and secured by a lockable gate.
You will be able to rest in complete peace, relax and enjoy the garden and the swimming pool with a wonderful view!
The beach is 15 minutes by car. The village of Olmeto, located 5 minutes away, welcomes you with its local shops.

Herrliche Terrasse
Die Terrasse mit ihrem phantastischen Süd-Blick in die Bucht von Propriano und Elektrogrill ist ein echtes Highlight. Das Grundstück liegt am Waldrand mitten in wunderschöner Natur und bietet Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Parken ist direkt vor der Haustür möglich und kein Problem. Die Gastgeberin reagiert super schnell und freundlich auf alle Anfragen und Wünsche. Die Pumpe vom Pool ist etwas laut. Wen das stört der fragt am besten nach einem Programm wo die Pumpe aus ist, wenn man auf der Terasse Ruhe haben will. Zur etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigen Aufteilung der Räume ist alles geschrieben worden. Muss jeder für sich entscheiden, ob das ein Problem ist oder nicht. Kleinigkeiten: Der Wasserdruck im schönen Bad unten könnte höher sein. Im Bad oben ist der Druck sehr gut, aber es fehlt ein verstellbarer Halter für den Duschkopf und es gibt keinen Elektroanschluss (z.B. für einen Fön) Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür.

House with a View
Overall our week in the house was wonderful, mainly due to the fabulous and remote location and the totally stunning terrace with panoramic views. Finding the property in the dark was a challenge as described markers were invisible. On unlocking the doors the alarm went off and we were unable to contact the owner for help as there was no response from the various numbers. Eventually someone turned up (didn’t introduce himself) who vanished as soon as he’d disabled the alarm. So not a great arrival but the rest of the week was very happy. We loved the wildness of Corsica and explored different places every day. Only other critical comment - the 3rd bedroom is ok for small children but not really acceptable for adults. We were 3 couples, so 3rd bedroom was short straw. Bedrooms could do with a bit of TLC generally. Top bedroom got extremely hot as it has no shutters. But the main kitchen/ sitting room/ terrace was delightful. The jacuzzi is an added bonus. You never get tired of that incredible view.

Außergewöhnliche, einmalige Lage und Aussicht
Das Haus und gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung, Aufteilung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einmalig schön, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das Jacuzzi ist wirklich ein Highlight. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der Zugang zu den Schlafräumen und Bädern/WC nur über den Außenbereich. Aber dies ist genau so und ausführlich in der Beschreibung angegeben - und wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt. Die gesamte Abwicklung vorab war sehr unkompliziert, alle Fragen wurden immer sehr prompt und freundlich beantwortet. Die Anfahrt war hervorragend detailliert beschrieben, so dass wir keinerlei Probleme bei der Ankunft , sowie während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hatten. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

La villa correspond tout à fait à la description. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. La vue imprenable sur la baie de Propriano nous ravissait du matin au soir. Le jacuzzi est un petit plus agréable. Bien située géographiquement pour bien rayonner dans le sud de la corse. Nous recommandons cette location.

Jenseits von Stress und Hektik, Erholung pur in den Bergen von Olmeto
Mit einem phantastischen Ausblick startet der Tag von der Veranda aus. Damit sind die Weichen für neue Entdeckungen gestellt. Sei es bei einem Stadtbummel in Sartene, den wir total genossen haben, weil das Städtchen nicht von Touris überlaufen ist, oder auch das Sonnenbad in einer der zahlreichen kleinen Buchten, die abseits von den Hauptbadestränden liegen. Einfach klasse! Ein Mietwagen ist sicherlich von Vorteil, obwohl es auch einen schönen Weg durch Olivenhaine zum Strand gibt. - Wer Bergwanderung liebt, ist hier sicherlich gut aufgehoben. In Badeschlappen ist der Weg nicht zu empfehlen. - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten die zahlreichen Supermärkte in Propiano, aber auch die einfachen Bauernläden, sobald man sich etwas von den Städten entfernt. Für die Selbstverpflegung bieten sich alle Möglichkeiten, angefangen von den einheimischen Produkten, bis hin zu importierten Dingen, so gewünscht. Ansonsten gibt es natürlich leckere Gerichte in den Restaurants, wobei es sich hier lohnt auch mal abseits der Touristen-Restaurants am Strand ins Hinterland zu schauen. Z.B. La Source in Olmeto, wo man dann gleich das typische korsische Inselleben kennenlernen kann. Z.B. beim Boule und einem leckeren Glas Patrimonia oder auch einem Cap Corse als Aperitiv. - Zur Villa: Zentrum sicherlich die einladende und geräumige Veranda, die zu jeder Zeit einen beeindruckenden Ausblick generiert. Hinzu kommt eine angenehme Reduzierung der Temperatur auf Grund der Höhenlage. Ein schöner Wohnbereich mit Kamin und funktionell gestalteter Küche und Essecke, runden das Gesamtbild ab. Für Selbstversorger sind alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden. Das kleine Chalet, in dem die Jacuzzi Anlage untergebracht ist, ist dann das I-Tüpfelchen. Bietet es einen noch imposanteren Ausblick auf den Golf. - Wir waren sehr traurig, als wir "unsere Villa" verlassen mussten, aber auch dankbar solch einen Urlaub erlebt zu haben. Der Aufenthalt hat einen bleibenden Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen. Schon jetzt haben wir uns hier zu einem weiteren Urlaub entschlossen. - Vielen Dank auch an Frau Granger, die alles sehr gut organisiert hat und für einen guten Start gesorgt hat.

Vue incroyable! Nous reviendrons!
Séjour très agréable, la météo en octobre est encore très bonne. La maison est située dans un endroit calme, avec une vue magique sur la montagne et le golfe du Valinco! Rien que de se trouver assis dans le canapé de la terrasse à regarder la vue, on se sent en vacances et reposés! La vue de la terrasse du jacuzzi est encore plus belle. La maison est agréable, les lits confortables, l'accueil est chaleureux et pleins de bons conseils de promenades. Nous reviendrons!

superbe vue
La maison est très bien située géographiquement, vue imprenable sur le golf de Valinco (un peu gâchée par un poteau électrique) et seulement à 2 km du magnifique petit village Olmeto, avec ses petits commerces et quelques resto inoubliables. L' accès à la maison se fait par un chemin de terre pas entrenu, donc malheureusement assez difficile pour se garer devant la maison, surtout pour des motards!! un garage existe, malheureusement uniquement réservé aux propriétaires. La séparation de la maison en 3 est très appréciable malgré qu'il n'y ai pas de toilettes dans la maison, on est obligé de sortir et descendre dans la chambre du bas ou sortir pour aller dans la chambre annexée. Il y a un jacuzzi avec une vue splendide!!!! La cuisine est très bien équipée, on aurait tout de même aimé une cafetière, une bouilloire et un grill pain qui ne datent pas des années 80. Accueil très sympathique de la part de la femme de ménage, pratiquement aucuns contacts avec les propriétaires, maison louée 4 semaines et malheureusement aucun signe de bienvenue, maison complètement vide, même pas une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo, ni un fruit, ni un vieux sachet de thé, ni sel, ni café, ni même un rouleau de papier toilette, rien rien!!! du jamais vu en 20 ans de locations.

Beaucoup de charme, et une situation idéale
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans la villa, lors de nos dernières vacances en Corse. Nous étions 2 familles (2 enfants + 2 bébés), et avons réellement apprécié l'accueil qui nous a été réservé, le charme de la maison et son équipement (vaisselle, électroménager, rien ne manquait) La vue de puis la terrasse et le jacuzzi est incroyable, et la situation géographique réellement pratique (10-15 minutes de la plage de la Calanque de la Tour, et idéalement placée pour visiter les autres plages du Golfe de Propriano). Une très belle adresse.

maison magnifique!
La maison est exactement comme dans les photos avec une vue magnifique et 3 pièces séparées. Tout était bien organisé par le locataire sans complications. On se sentait trés agréables sur la terrasse qui offre une vue enorme comme dans les photos. Il y a des magazins et restaurants dans le village Olmeto pas loin et des differents plages au choix autour de Propriano entre calme, beaucoup de vagues, du sable blanc, ... Il est trés calme autour de la maison. On trouve tout ce dont on a besoin dans la cuisine et dans les pièces qui ont toutes un accés independant et accès au salle de bain. On y etait en groupe et on était trés heureux avec la maison et l'alentours et on pense à revenir l'année prochaine!

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description. Vue magnifique sur le golfe de Porpriano et l'Alta Rocca. Calme absolu. Maison très bien équipée et le jacuzzi attenant est un vrai plus. Accueil très sympathique et plein de bons conseils. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.
