Situated in Olliergues, just a few steps away from the Dore river, this stone house promises a vacation full of natural pleasures in an authentic setting. If you prefer an exceptional living experience to luxury, this house on the banks of the river is a good choice for you. The combination of wooden beams, exposed stone walls and wooden floors creates a warm expression and gives the house on four levels its own charm. Look forward to cozy evenings and convivial get-togethers in front of the fireplace and wood-burning stove. The house offers access to a communal garden and picnic tables.



The location of the house invites you to enjoy wonderful nature experiences. There is something for everyone in the Livradois-Forez nature reserve with its meadows, wooded mountains, forests, farmland, moors and small villages. Visit Olliergues, a village with character in the rural and forgotten region of Auvergne. In this charming village, nestled in the rolling green countryside, far from the glitz and glamor of the modern world, life is quieter and more serene and the location is ideal for hiking, cycling and other activities in the Dore river valley. You can also experience world heritage in the municipality of Sermentizon, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
