Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

"The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea. The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great."
