The apartment\'s heating is regulated by air conditioners that provide both warm air for the winter and cold air for the summer months, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season.

For those arriving by car, a private parking space is available, but please note that the access to the parking lot is narrow, with a width of only 227 cm, so it may not be suitable for all types of vehicles, so please ask your Host for more information.
