"Camping peu entretenu et bruyant. Trop de vis a vis . Lac de lugano tres sale et pollué pas possible de se baigner. Dans le chalet pas de cafetiere senseo ni micro onde comme précisé sur l'annonce. Matelas taché et couette tachee de sang. Le chalet n'est pas bien placé dans le camping. Par contre tres bon restaurant supere pizza."

"First of all - the location is stunning! It is perfect for walking and hiking. A big number of routes and surroundings with awesome views. The chalet is very nice with everything you need (it exactly matches the description and photos). There is a very nice small garden with the mountain view which is perfect to have a rest on the sun after the great hike. Also thank you Marialuisa for very warm and welcoming reception."

"The place was absolutely wonderfull. Smelled like fresh wood. Immaculate clean. With all amenities needed. Wonderful trail steps away from the front door. Walking distance to lake and 3 minutes walk to a great restaurant. Donato was a fantastic host. He came over right away when I needed and was always quick to respond. I highly recommend and will definitely come back."

"Fabio was extremely discrete and helpful to us during our stay. He made life easy with a detailed "instruction manual" that explained everything we needed to know to about the house, from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic and the private parking spot is super handy. We spent many evenings on the pier just staring at the lake. "The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "
