"This was a great hotel. Nice clean room that was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to the canal, gondola tours, shopping centre and restaurants. The staff was really helpful. We opted for private parking which was below the nearby mall - the hotel provides a swipe card and directions. A short walk back to the hotel, but felt very safe about leaving the rental car there. "

"The Palace is amazing and it was a thrill to stay. Everything was perfect, from checking in to wonderful grounds to delicious dinner. We enjoyed spend quiet time in the bar and wandering the gardens. Highly recommend "
