Nice upscale neighborhood built less that 10 yrs ago. Home is fully furnished with 6 tvs throughout the house. A nice comfortable bonus room upstairs to relax. A large open hallway upstairs with comfortable chairs to lounge and work on the lap top. 3 car garage with enough parking space in the driveway to park 4 more cars. Close to plenty of restaurants. Less than 10 minutes from Collierville TN and Carriage Crossing Mall. Also enjoy the suburb of Germantown TN which is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy all the actives in the City of Memphis TN without dealing with the hustle and bustle of living in the City of Memphis. Enjoy professional basketball, minor league baseball, hockey, soccer, museums, theaters etc. Close to Highway 269 which takes you to casinos in Tunica. If walking around the neighborhood for exercise is your thing this is the neighborhood for you.
