"We had a good stay, it was quiet and relaxing. There were a couple of things damaged from the previous tenant which wasn't a great impression. The lock on the door broke which meant extra vigilance was needed to avoid getting locked in or out, and the pool was not clear which we pointed out within 5 minutes of our arrival, Claire was responsive but it still took 3 days until the pool guy put something in the pool specifically to clear it. I just put it down to bad luck but I was on holiday...

"This swimming pool was in a great central position, with plenty on sun beds. So adults could relax while children played in the pool. For eating in there was plenty of crockery and a fantastic selection of glasses. The beach was easily accessible. Denia is a lovely town. We had a great family holiday in Villa Ralf with 4 generations."

"A friend and myself were looking for a quiet week away in the sun and this villa did not disappoint. The property is in excellent condition and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the pool and enjoyed BBQ in the outdoor kitchen area. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance or use the bicycles at the villa and head to the sea front where there are more restaurants. Overall a great week"

"Cesar the owner was brilliant from first point of call then it all went down hill kitchen sink blocked took 2 days to sort it out then the support in window fell out wasn’t secured properly jacuzzi in the bathroom wasn’t working Anita the host sent somebody round with keys which kept us waiting outside for 30 mins then turned up drunk the property was dirty inside We ended up coming home early as we was fed up with the issues"

"My family of 12 have just returned from this amazing villa, its internal decoration,bathrooms,kitchen, living room and outside areas are of a high standard that you would expect in a premium Villa. The outdoor spaces which include a massive eating area along with the Naya with excellent cooling ceiling fans was a fantastic place for us to chill out in the evenings. We was received with effeciency at Javier Holidays and that kicked off a truly memorable holiday."

"This was our first time in Javea and if you don't know it already you won't be disappointed. This is a great part of Spain to discover, lovely towns, beaches and beautiful landscapes. The villa was immaculately clean. It really has everything you need (a part perhaps a pizza cutter but frankly who cares). The beds are very confortable and the bed linen very soft. We mainly spend our time on the terrace, great furniture and amazing view. The pool is perhaps the best we ever had in a rented villa....
