Very beautiful, cosy terraced house "Dunasol". On the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Oliva, in a quiet position, from the sea, 90 m from the beach. For shared use: natural state property with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-15:00 and 17:00-21:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop 1.8 km, railway station 20 km, ferry 20 km, sandy beach 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.8 km, riding stable 450 m. Nearby attractions: Mediterranean Equestrian Tour Oliva Nova 450 m, Club de Golf Oliva Nova 2.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

La casa bien. Falta menaje. I. (Interhome) muy maja y dispuesta. Mucho ruido en la calle por la noche.

Apartamento para estar a gusto pero cocina (electrodomesticos y equipación varia) mala
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, grande pero le falta equipación y calidad en la cocina. En el anuncio ponía que había parking particular (y de hecho la casa lo tiene) pero no dejan usarlo. En pleno agosto se aparca muy mal por la zona y se agradecería tener un parking para dejar el coche a la hora que sea. Un plus los aires acondicionados.

Muy bien aunque falla equipación/calidad en cocina
La casa está muy bien así como su ubicación. La única pega es la equipación y calidad de los electrodomésticos y utensilios de la cocina. En el anuncio pone que tiene parking privado y es verdad aunque no lo dejan usar. Eso es un hándicap ya que en agosto es difícil aparcar por la zona. Un plus el aire acondicionado (por lo menos en agosto...)

Dormitorio en garaje
La casa está bien, pero lo que no me ha gustado es un dormitorio principal en el garaje, y el baño pequeño, y no pudimos ni dejar el gel en ninguna repisa ni nada, pagas por 7 personas, no por 5. El precio es excesivo para 3 días y dormir en un garaje.
