The apartment is located in the context of Villa Lucini with a panoramic terrace on top of the hill, a viewpoint in front of the church of San Sebastiano and Rocco, berceau, fountains, ancient trees and internal paths, guaranteeing spectacular views.

The traditional Lombard farmhouse was built at the end of the eighteenth century and preceded the construction of the main villa, the whole is completed by the adjacent church of San Sebastiano and Rocco in an architectural complex built by a noble Milanese family at the time of the so-called "residences of delight ”, which alongside the idleness of the Lords accompanied the industrious work of the peasants devoted to them.

A stock tank pool (Ø 2.4m) made in USA is available for the guest and it can host eight adult!
Pretty safe for children because only 60 cm height, they love a shallow pool in which to cool off. Then when the lights go down, your spouse or partner and maybe some adult friends can join you for a lighthearted evening sipping beer, enjoying the moon and stars, and hanging out.
The pool and the relaxation area with table and chairs can be reserved in advance for 2-hour slots per day (starting at 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20) at no extra cost.

We are 35' from Milan, 30 km from Como, Lecco, Bergamo, near the Adda river and the Monza Park (Villa Reale and GP Formula 1). The train station is 15' by walk.

Villa Lucini is located at the foot of Monte di Brianza (also known as San Genesio), next to the natural Molgora stream and many picturesque paths.

In 15' you can reach the Sartirana nature reserve, the Leonardo da Vinci ferry and the thermal baths of Monticello.

The house has been recently renovated preserving its antique look along with technologically advanced details. We provide satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer and iron, portable air conditioning. We speak English and Italian.

The apartment consists of a spacious bedroom with double bed and a single sofa bed on the first floor, with original Lombard terracotta floor, a living room on the ground floor with typical cement tiles and a small kitchenette (equipped with 2 induction plates), microwave with grill, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and espresso machine.
Dining table for 4, pull-out full-size double bed and a large bathroom with tub / shower with washer / dryer.

The rooms are connected by an atrium and a shared staircase with the only other rental apartment in the dependance.
