"This is a very basic hotel, which would be fine except for its poor maintenance. We had to use a flashlight to get to our room because the hall lights did not work properly. The toilet seat in our room was completely detached, in the morning, there were no staff members present during breakfast and no suitable place for putting dirty dishes The counter was messy and the food selection limited. Pleasant enough for the money

"Stayed here for a second time. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is good. Suggest you check in with a person and not on the DIY screens. Breakfast was good. Coffee machines are tempermental though! Lots of people use the on site gym, so its a busy place. Didn't get to use the pool, but it's £5 for a 24 hour pass. Be aware parking isnt free, which is bizarre as it's on the edge of the city and tonnes of parking at the hotel and surrounding businesses/offices."
