"Of all the hotels we stayed at on this trip, this was the only one that I woke up refreshed with no allergy's. The desk clerk was very helpful. She told us that hvac comes in weekly to clean heating/cooling units. Breakfast was pleasant and good. It's off the highway a little so it's quiet. We liked it. Will return next time we drive through on 75."

"Shower was horrible! The shower had leaky connections which lead to water all over the bathroom floor and side wall with little pressure for actual shower. It’s really disappointing because everything else was nice and ease of checkin was great."

"When we booked this place we went expecting to be as big and spacious as it was! We had like 12 people and still felt very spaced out and the living room was amazing with a pool table! "

"Greenberg seems like it was built for travelers. I’m the gas station and Pizza Hut were in the same plaza. Across the street was this hotel and Starbucks in the morning. Everything within half a mile of each other. The building is in need of repairs, the pool was out of order, but the staff found me a room when everything else was booked, and they did it cheap. It served me need while I was passing through. I may come here again. The parking and bringing my bags up the stairs was not convenient, but it’s okay. Family owned and operated. "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay over the holiday. The cabin was the cleanest rental I have ever seen, comfortable and inviting. The owners were so caring, from leaving us gifts under the tree to checking in on us, they really went above and beyond. We enjoyed the fire pit, pool table, watched dvds and walked on some nearby trails. We will definitely consider coming back."
