"THE PROPERTY WAS IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. THERE IS A CARGO TRAIN THAT PASSES A FEW TIMES A DAY BUT YOU DO NOT HEAR IT. THERE IS A SCREEN THAT SHIELDS ANY NOISE AND VISION OF IT. THE HOST WAS KIND, GRACIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. IT IS ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES FROM THE OLD TOWN OF REGENSBURG.CERTAINLY A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY.IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY TV OR LOUNGE AREA. WE WERE THERE IN DECEMBER 2024 AND THE INTERIOR WAS VERY WARM AND COMFORTABLE.WIFI IS ALSO INCLUDED."

"My wife and I just spent four nights in Regensburg enjoying the town and the multiple Christmas Markets. The apartment was excellent in itself, but the location being so close to the train station, Thurm and Taxis, and old town was second to none. We enjoyed eating brunch at Rough Surface every day after our run along the river. Would highly Recommended "

Vielleicht sollte das Bild im Online Inserat erneuert werden. Schade war auch, daß das Haus keinen Backofen hatte und das kein WLAN zur Verfügung stand."

"Ich habe die Unterkunft mit privater Sauna, WLAN und Netflix sehr genossen, um dem Weihnachtstrubel zu entkommen. Lange Winterspaziergänge im nahen Wald und entlang der Sulzbach. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind Top. Alles ist neuwertig sowie mit Liebe zum Detail und zum Design eingerichtet."

"Nachdem wir ankamen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Leider muss man alles mitbringen. Nicht einmal ein Müllsack war im Mülleimer. 2 Spühlmaschinentabs wären nett, hier war auch nichts. Der Boiler war aus und wir mussten beim Cleaningservice nachfragen warum unser Wasser kalt war. Der Abschluss: Unser Schloss des Hauses war 4 Tage lang defekt und wurde nicht repariert! Eine Frechheit vom Hausmeisterservice. Wir haben es eine Stunde nach Anreise moniert."

Αλλά ακομα και δυνατοτητα χρήσης πλυτνηριου και στεγνωτηρίου στο υπόγειο της πολυκατοικίας. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ ευγενικοί και με διάθεση για άμεση εξυπηρέτηση."

"We absolutely loved staying here. Thomas was so kind and welcoming and literally everything was thought of. The property was immaculate we just all loved it so much. The children wanted to live there! The common areas were wonderful too. We loved the Christmas music playing too. Cannot recommend it more. "

Door to the bedroom was broken no curtains in the bedroom Finding bed accessories also required communication and searching through different storage boxes. Overall good fornthe size we needed. Beds were also old and uncomfortable. "
