The property’s location is fantastic, an easy walk to the port and bus station, restaurants, and of course the Portara. "The location is just off the main Square, close and convenient to the beach and town. Maria met us at the property and gave great tips on exploring the island. We did have an issue when the power went out (our fault) but Maria and her father were quick to respond and very helpful. We loved staying there!"

"Host was awesome, met us at ferry and walked us to place. He was available for questions during stay. Home was extremely clean and comfortable. There is a washing machine and clothing line in the lovely backyard, so very convenient to be able to do laundry during trip. Location is amazing, a few minute walk to see the sunset, shop, ferry, taxis, buses, etc. Of note, there are showers and sinks in both bedrooms, and one toilet (in a separate room). "We stayed at Gatis House for 9 nights, and really enjoyed it. We were a family of five adults, had lots of room. Gatis is located close to the restaurants, beach, ferry and attractions. It has a view of the water and a nice balcony . If back in Naxos, we will stay here again."

"Great views, rustic self accommodation in a surfers/kite surfers town. The property is a little basic but it has everything you really need for a beach vacation. It’s a good steep walk up to the accommodation so beware if you’ve got a big suitcase. There’s not much by way of restaurants or groceries (avoid the small mini marts near by in favour of the larger ones nearer the chora). Our hosts were friendly and offered port pick up."

"We had trouble finding the property, which is not an easy drive up narrow roads. Directions would be helpful. Once there, we were warmly greeted by Konstantina who showed us around. She left a delicious platter of cheese and tomatoes, a bottle of wine and some water - a nice touch. She was always on hand to answer our queries.
