"Given this is a war situation, the level of hospitality and friendliness was outstanding. The staff were absolutely lovely. Also the food and drinks were superb; the Uzgar was brilliant, like drinking an old much-loved smoke stained shepherd's hut but lovely!! Thank you so very much everyone! The hotel is very pleasant indeed (but like all hotels I have stayed at in Ukraine the lack of a kettle and tea making facilities is a big issue for Brits!
