"For the price was very good just a few negatives 1) I asked if i could leave my luggage before booking in time and was told yes and given code to enter.....but no one came so for security reasons i could not really leave it. 2) No word done on room between my 3 nights stay 3) long life milk was curdled ? down to very hot weather?)"

"We loved our room, good size, fab high ceiling, sea view. Really quiet even though it is on the sea front. Parking easy and reasonable price in underground car park ( look it up before you go to find the entrance road). Fridge in room was a bonus. Bath was huge and shower perfectly effective with really hot water. Armine was lovely. Would definitely stay again. "

"This is the 2nd time my sister and I have stayed at beamsley Lodge staff are very helpful and couldn't do enough for you rooms are clean and comfortable great choice for breakfast and always hot great for local transport links and town centre within walking distance. Definitely recommend this relaxed feeling bed and breakfast. "

"Did not get into the property. The neighbour came out and said landlady was an alcoholic and had turned away other guests that day. Apparently she is awake all night drinking and playing loud music. Property looked dirty and unkept. DO NOT BOOK!!!! "

"Atlanta is directly on the seafront, well positioned for local attractions, all of which are a short walk away. The guest house is on several floors which does mean taking the stairs, however this is made clear from the start. Our breakfast, cooked by Mark, was excellent, piping hot and generous, service by Yvette was prompt and friendly. We were able to purchase vouchers for on-road parking at a good price. "Perfect for a solo traveller, loved staying in this gorgeous house. Useful to be able to park on a private drive and be walking distance of the seafront. Would stay again."
