Despite Hotels.com advertising it as having 'daily housekeeping' there is no servicing during your stay. "My friends and I had a great stay at this property. It has an excellent location in the middle of Old Town Freiburg and near several museums. It is small, but for 3 people it worked out just fine. The only issue we had was with WiFi, which was slow our first night and useless our second night. Otherwise, everything worked well, and we enjoyed our visit."

"This property is basically a bedsit, very close to the Minster. An excellent location with several cafes nearby and it is clean. There is a double bed, cupboards and a small table in the main space (with little room for anything else), a kitchen area and a bathroom / toilet. The tv and wi-fi work fine.
