"Visit was great. One issue we had was we went to swim and pool area needed clean(dirty towel and trash all over from previous guest) and there was some issue with moisture in area dry wall on ceiling was coming loose and falling and they didnt have towels we had to make a trip to service desk for towels but other than that everything waa good.off and "

"We came in late. But the lady at frontdesk was still available for us to checkin. The rooms were good. Beds comfortable. no issues faced. pet friendly rooms are only available on exterior area of the hotel. no big deal. the hot tub etc was shut down by 8PM, so couldn't avail. i wish it was available as we were very tired after a long journey and it would have certainly helped"

"We happened to be in Gulfport when the blizzard of 2025 hit the area. We were stranded for three days. Although the hotel had difficulty getting staff into work, the staff that did get to work went out of their way to accommodate a bunch of stranded travelers. We will always remember the skeleton crew that made the most of a challenging situation. "
