Enjoy stunning sunrises, sunsets, and the sound of ocean! Tastefully updated, 1st floor condo - walk out to 7mile beach at your doorstep! This condo has everything you need for your beach getaway. Located far enough from the hustle & bustle of downtown Old Orchard Beach (10min walk), yet tucked away for peace and quiet. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook dinner after spending the day at the beach. Excited to share our slice of Old Orchard beach with you. LOCATION is superb! 1 Car Parking included.

THE SPACE:

+ It's a first-floor studio unit that sleeps four people comfortably with two double beds.
+ Fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs, dresser, and mounted smart TV provided.
+ Blackout blind and refrigerator installed in the kitchen based on guest comments.
+Non-smoking and pet-free unit located in White Cap Village Condominiums.
+ Free WIFI, smart TV, air conditioning, and portable fan provided.
+ Fully equipped kitchen with blender, Keurig coffee/tea machine, pots, pans, cutlery, blender etc.
+ Basic spices, salt/pepper
+ Hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels included.
+ Bathroom features a walk-in shower and starter toiletries.
+ Fresh all white linens, bath towels, and hand towels provided.
+ Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, facial pads, and Q-Tips included.
+ Pack and Play Crib available upon request.
+ Guests to bring their own sunscreen, beach towels, and beach essentials.
+ Parking spot directly outside the unit door included, additional parking may be arranged. Street parking also available on 1st come, 1st serve bases. Our spot can be tight, if you have a large SUV please let us know ahead of time.

Close to beach . Adorable space
Property was clean and so close to the beach and downtown area. Comfy beds and place was decorated adorably. We had a great time . Would definitely rent again !

Quick getaway great visit
The property was exactly what we needed. It was very clean, comfortable and updated. It's a very short walk to the beach and you are close enough to walk but far enough from the loudness of the Pier area. Definitely would recommend to others.

Great stay a little small
The AC was not working great so we cleaned out the air filter which probably had not been cleaned in a year. The fridge was not working great either and freeze was not keeping things frozen. Other then that location was great quick walk to the beach and restaurants :)
