The staff was wonderful! The room quaint. The pool was clean and fun. The beach was a quick drive just a few blocks away. Also a great little lobster market just a couple blocks the other direction! The only drawback was the room smelled a bit like smoke.

We loved the fenced in backyard to the cabin with private hot tub and fire pit and grill, we enjoyed being close to the pool, and just a short walk to the beach so we were far enough from the noise. The bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise the cabin decor and amenities were great. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant stopover
Pleasant stopover, staff were accommodating and helpful. As for accommodations, think simple cabin that's been nicely painted. Has fridge, microwave, table - all the basics. Lower comfort rating because the beds were well past their expiration date (creaky "box spring", thin, worn out mattresses). Still, I'd stop here again for a quick stopover.

The pool is the highlight
The pool was really nice. Off-street, free parking. 15-Minute walk to the Pier. Those are the highlights. The room was pretty smelly and dirty, and the beds were wildly uncomfortable. Rooms had different appliances available, some have coffee makers, some have microwaves. Will look elsewhere for the next trip.

While it is clear that some thought was put into the decor of the rooms, the room we stayed in was very small with no curtains on the windows in either the bathroom or bedroom leaving us feeling like we had little privacy. They said that we had an Ecno Room, and that's what it was. A bed and a shower. There was no Closets, and no Burrows. We had to put our cloths on the floor, and then there was not enough room to move around the room. To be honest, this was not the room for us.

Very dirty. Layer of grime across all the blinds and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Mould on the panels on the ceiling and extremely noisy area.

The rooms are messy, tiny, and not always in the best shape. I do not plan to stay there again. The beds are uncomfortable. The windows don’t always work. You can’t cover the windows.

Close to beach
The room I was given (room 4) was pretty dated. The bathroom was especially out of date. There's a lot of noise here from the busy road outside. I got a really good price, so I didn't complain. The bed was comfy, and the mini fridge worked well. The pool was nice and seemed to be well maintained. The beach is about a 3/4 mile walk, so you can walk to the beach from here to avoid paying for parking. Overall, I was happy with this stay for what I paid (less than $100 a night). If the price was higher, I probably would've went somewhere else.

The check in process was perfect and the owners were great very personable. We did not use the pool but was clean. Unfortuneately the room was not. *No hot water *bathroom door would not close *no trash barrell in room *no blinds or curtains to close on windows *lots of fruit flys or nats came in through the bathroom window even when closed. I would not suggest for a week stay we were in town for quick visit one night but still was not were I would stay again. I would suggest only if in a pinch and need some place to stay for the night I dont usually write a review but stay was not pleasant. Again the owners were great the room was just not for us.

There was nothing we liked about this stay. We were there from out of state for a basketball tournament. We never once saw any staff . Never given any Wi-Fi information. Space we thought we were getting was advertised to have enough space to accommodate and a kitchenette. We had to purchase air mattress and room didn’t even have a microwave. Bathroom shower was super sketchy. We never found the hot tubs that were advertised and the pool had actual worms in the bottom. Horribly disappointed and will NEVER go back and will definitely let our area that travels there with multiple teams to not go there.
