"Even being snowed in, the unit was clean, inviting and comforting. Parking lot could have used maintaince with all the snow, unable to locate designated spots made parking kind of messy and rooftop hotubs made for a trek through ice paths and deep drifts, but overall..it's Michigan Winter. Communication with the host was friendly and responsive. Second time choosing this property and will continue to book when in the area."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay in traverse city. The condo is in a good location. Very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with not having water for a short time because of extremely cold weather and a frozen pipe. When I contacted the host. We received an immediate response and it was taken care of very quickly. And the rest of our stay was just fine. The only thing that isn’t 5 star. Is the garage to the unit is extremely small! "We loved the location of this spot and we did not bring any children this time but they offered lots of thing such as high chair, pack and play, etc so would definitely stay again with kids. The rooms were clean and we had no issues during our stay. "

"It was a celebration for my best friends 65th Birthday and there was for of us. We had a great time. The space was perfect for us. Only next time we will look for a first floor option. All of us were over 60 and we over packed. "

"Clean, unique, family friendly. Convenient to activities we wanted to visit in TC. We knew their was a spiral staircase to get to the upper bedroom. Didn't realize you had to also use a spiral staircase or set of 3 short flight of stairs to get into the condo. "

"Great winter rates! Small facility so it was nice and quiet. Very clean, updated rooms and gathering area with video games, board games and tvs. First time I’ve stayed at a facility that has on line check in along with all communication but it worked well! "

"Loved my stay at Great Wolf Lodge! I stayed there during Halloween time and there were so many activities every hour of the day going on for my kids. I have 2 kids under 2 and they had a blast! This place is better than Disney World for younger kids. I loved that all of the activities and indoor water park were all included with my room reservation. Awesome place! Will definitely good back."

"Beautiful hotel, beautiful beach, and amazing view to wake up to. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was interesting....rather than making and wasting lots of food for a winter crowd, they asked us to order from a menu, and breakfast was delivered to our room at the specified time. Most included fruit, water and juice. Our entree was a blueberry muffin. Not bad. Our only complaint was that the hot tub could have been hotter. We would stay there again!"
