"A truly unique stay. Up to modern standards, no one ever Modernized the Look of this 1898 hotel. It’s like stepping back in time. Loved the comfy seat on the veranda watching the world go by. The proprietors were very friendly and set up a great continental breakfast in the downstairs cafe. Loved it!"

"The room was compact but clean and tidy. Two bedside fans helped to keep the room cool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. My only concern is the shower floor was slipperry when wet, which I think was hazardous. I believe showers should be provided with rubber, non slip mats. Many thanks Kay"
