"When we first arrive we was greeted by Mrs Bernice who was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! Her hospitality exceeded my expectations. Better than the resort we stayed at! "By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. We had to wait almost an hour for the host to bring the correct keys. When we were finally able to get into the apartment, we were met with shock & confusion. The air conditioner pictured in the living room, did not exist. After further inspection, there were no garbage bags, no dish soap, the ice machine in the refrigerator did not work, there were ants everywhere, the toilet in the master bathroom leaked brown water, the bathroom smelled & the door is rotting on the inside. We used only the other toilet. On 11/8, we tried to enter the gate, the security guard informed us that they were not allowed to let us in. I was beyond confused, as our belongings were upstairs. Apparently, there was some kind of miscommunication over monthly payments between the building & the host. The host was unresponsive when we reached out to her and the situation continued until the day we checked out. We felt unsafe a majority of the trip having to argue with security for 4 days to get in and out of the gate, while having my daughter and elderly mother with me. I reached out Expedia and they did not offer any solution. This rental should not be allowed on their platform."

"My stay at this property was exceptional! Michelle our host was extremely courteous and responsive. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, safety and a peace of mind!"

"It was ok but they informed me they was going to not charge me until the July 3 because of flight issues but they did not tell the truth they started charging me on July 2 so they were not truthful. When informed they did not even off one night free "

"We were a family of 7. We were late arriving from the airport, but the housekeeper was at the property to meet us and show us around. The property is everything it is advertised to be and more. A plunge pool or a small swimming pool in the rather large perfectly kept garage aera would be good. Be prepared to get a taxi into Old Harbour or wherever you want to go but it’s not an issue transport can all be arranged with the housekeeper. A really good stay and I’m looking forward to my next visit to Jamaica and this property."

"It’s an amazing experience. Serene atmosphere. Privacy guaranteed. You have your space to yourself, Private kitchen & living room. A/C room, water heater etc. Nice reception . Looking forward to staying at the same place next visit. Thanks Andrea & Marcia they are wonderful host. "
