The entrance, facing the pool, leads to the dining area with a kitchenette equipped with gas burners, fridge/freezer, oven, and air conditioning. The covered veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying pleasant evenings. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers: on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a bathroom, and on the lower floor, there is a double bedroom with a bathroom. The lower floor also features a lounge area with a TV. A reserved parking space is located at the foot of the building.
