Lieber nicht nochmal
Nachdem wir zum Check-In erstmal ohne Antwort eine Stunde vor der Tür sitzen gelassen wurden, erwartete uns dann direkt die nächste Überraschung, es gab - entgegen der Beschreibung (mittlerweile geändert) - keine Küche. Ein bereits getätigter Einkauf und die Planung für den Aufenthalt waren fürn A*sch. Auf eine Beschwerde hin, sah man den Fehler ein und versprach uns eine Entschädigung - bisher habe ich davon noch nichts gesehen ... mal schauen. Sauberkeit und Bett waren ok - aber nicht gut. Flächen waren staubig und allgemein nicht richtig sauber. Das einzig wirklich positive ist die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt in einer Seitenstraße. Insgesamt ist es für das, was es leistet zu teuer und nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Für nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt möglicherweise aber ganz passend.

Nicht gut
Sie hat selten auf meine Briefe geantwortet. Sie hat uns halbe Stunde bei der Hitze mit einem Kleinkind vor der Tür warten lassen. Sie hat keine Handynummer gehabt und sie ging auf dem Festnetz auch nicht ran Briefe und Nachrichten per WhatsApp hat sie auch nicht gelesen. Im Zimmer gab’s gar nix.
