Lovely house with bakery and supermarket near by. We used local buses. 4 fabulous beaches within walking distance. The terrace at the back of the house is great for reading and simply enjoying the view.

Property is situated in quiet area. Short walk to beaches and nicer beaches available via short car/bus ride. Local Bakery/Supermarket/Restaurants close by. Paolo is very helpful and when asked for an extra fan provided one very quickly. Property has all you could need. Air conditioning in lounge, fans in bedrooms. Nice views from large terrace. Very well equipped property.

Fantastic times
Perfect location for a wind down. Perfect position next to the beach, could hear the waves whilst on the veranda 😊. Host amazing, couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our stay. A memory to definitely be repeated 🥰.

Perfect family beach getaway
We had a lovely stay in Pittulongu. The house was great with everything we needed and the beach only a short 5 minute walk away. The location was great with some good restaurants within walking distance while having good access to other parts of the island by car. The hosts were great and very accommodating. Only negative was that we were surprised to have to pay an €80 cleaning fee and €10 per person for towels on arrival. We expected this to be included in the rental cost as it was not outlined in the listing.

Nice property by the ocean a few restaurant within walking distance, Excellent host from start until finish. Property could do with a toaster and a Microwave in my opinion, the hob and oven worked well.Overall a very good Holiday. Good Property.

Great spring stay!
We had a lovely time visiting Pittulongu for a week in mid April. I think we were the first guests in the house for the season, and the place was clean and just as described in the ad. The summer heat was not yet present, so the house felt a bit coldish in the evenings. But that was no problem as there is an adjustable heater in the livingroom. The place is well equipped and suited our group of 3 adults and 3 kids perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about the host Paolo who always answered our questions promptly. I also would advice any visitor to rent a car to be able to do the necessary shopping without having to rely on the buses. A la prossima, Pittulongu!

Lovely house in quiet village of Pittulongu
House and terrace was lovely ! Basic kitchen equipment and accessories are available. There were plenty of blankets and towels. Owner (Paolo) also very polite and helpful. Small beach around the corner from the house was amazing. Great place for people that plan to just relax by the sea side. We would recommend having a car if you want to explore more. Nearest supermarket is 5km away. We have walked one way and the other way we’re struggling as there were no buses. Finally one of the local people gave us a lift ! We have plenty of memories from Pittulongu. Place to visit that we highly recommend is Bar Bolla (about 200 meters away) .

Le logement est bien situe a cote de tres belles plages et a proximite de restaurants et supermarche. Le logement etait propre et climatise, un vrai plus en saison estivale.

Abbiamo alloggiato a luglio, un gruppo di 6 amici e la casa era adatta ad ospitarci tutti. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, con due spiagge raggiungibili a piedi e strategica per raggiungere località più conosciute con l’auto. Dispone di 3 camere da letto climatizzate, 2 bagni (uno con doccia e la seconda doccia esterna molto comoda per il rientro dal mare), 2 comodi posti auto. Punti forti della struttura sono il giardino e la terrazza esterna, utilizzata per tutti i pranzi/cene. La terrazza è ben arredata con tavolo grande, divanetto, sedie e sdraio. Procedura per il check-in semplice, personale sempre disponibile e ci è stato consegnato un set di cortesia. Siamo complessivamente soddisfatti della scelta e la consigliamo a chi vuole fare una vacanza in compagnia all’insegna del relax.

Superschöne Unterkunft
Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft, allerdings stört der winselnde Hund der musikliebenden Nachbarn etwas. Etwas gestört haben die sehr aggressiven Mücken - man muss sich wirklich immer eincremen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Casa perfetta vicinissima al mare
Siamo appena tornati da una vacanza di 10gg in questa splendida casa. Eravamo 4 adulti ed una bambina di 5 anni. Posto auto dentro la proprieta, chiusa da recinto e cancello. Ampio e curato giardino in ingresso, provvisto di 3 sdrai e tavolo per 6 persone in legno. Doccia esterna provvista di acqua calda, molto comoda. Casa grande per 5 persone, 6 posti letto comodi. Cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario con forno elettrico, lavastoviglie e frigorifero ampio. Un bagno grande ed un bagnetto interni. Saletta con 3 divani ed un grande tavolo. TV piatta grande, climatizzatore super efficiente e diversi ventilatori a disposizione...ma soprattutto splendido ed ampissimo terrazzo sul quale godersi ogni pasto della giornata, attrezzato tra l'altro con barbecue Weber. Siamo stati divinamente, non è mancato nulla. Paolo, il proprietario, è stato chiaro e preciso fin da subito oltre ad essere stato molto disponibili nel darci indicazioni e consigli sulla zona. Vi è una spiaggietta di roccia sotto casa, raggiungibile in un minuto a piedi, altre due raggiungibili in 5-10 Min a piedi. Raggiungibili in 10min di auto diverse splendide spiagge in direzione Golfo Aranci. Mezz'ora di auto circa dalle più rinomate spiaggie cala BRANDINCHI, porto istano, la cinta. Non posso che stra consigliare questa splendida casa. Grazie Paolo! Ugo

Wir hatten hier einen schönen, zehntägigen Aufenthalt: Großeltern, Eltern und zwei kleine Mädchen. Der Kontakt zu Paolo war schon vor der Reise toll: Da wir an einem Feiertag angereist sind, hat er sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten für das Abendbrot für uns eingekauft. Auch sonst war die Wohnung hervoragend ausgestattet. Mit Waschmittel, Geschirrtabs, Klopapier, Müllbeuteln etc. Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr sauber. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas dunkel, aber gerade im Hochsommer wird das angenehm sein. Das Schlafzimmer im Zwischengeschoss ist nur durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt. Sollte man sehr unterschiedliche Bettzeiten haben, ist das vielleicht nicht ideal. Im Mai war Pittulongu noch sehr ruhig, kaum Leute am Strand. Das ist in der Hochsaison sicher anders. Man sollte definitiv ein Auto haben, dann erreicht man in wenigen Minuten ganz tolle Strände. Ich empfehle dringend, verschiedene Strände auszuprobieren. Da kommt wirklich jeder auf seine Kosten! Auch nach Olbia ist es nicht weit wegen einkaufen im großen Supermarkt oder guten Restaurants. Wir waren uns vor der Reise unsicher wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen: Je nach Windrichtung hört man die startenden Flugzeuge. Uns hat das aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Der Flugverkehr war eh nur mäßig. Alles in allem möchten wir die Unterkunft und vor allem den Vermieter auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Super séjour !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Pittulungo. La maison est spacieuse avec deux terrasses dont une très grande côté mer où nous avons pu également faire un barbecue. La maison se trouve à quelques minutes à pied d'une belle plage de sable et à quelques kilomètres se trouvent de nombreuses plages de sable et la ville d'Olbia. Idéal aussi pour l'arrivée en ferry. Porto Cervo est à 40mn environ. Paolo a été de très bons conseils pour nous faire découvrir la région. Nous étions deux familles et les enfants jeunes et plus grands ont tous été ravis. On conseille également la trattoria située à Pittulungo à qq minutes à pied de la maison !

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt auf Sardinien
Das Haus und alles darin und darum sind wunderbar für einen entspannten, schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man benötigt und darüberhinaus noch mehr. Wir hatten sogar einen Sonnenschirm und weitere Dinge für den Strand zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter ist total nett, gibt hilfreiche Tipps und hat uns sogar geholfen, als wir uns am ersten Tag selbst ausgesperrt hatten :-) Die Lage ist gut zwischen Olbia und dem Golfo Anranci bzw. der Costa Smeralda. Viele wunderbare Strände sind gut erreichbar, um die Ecke sind innerhalb 2-5 Minuten 3-4 Strände zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben uns mit unseren beiden Kindern sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt
Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick. Der nächste Sandstrand war ca. 250m entfernt mit tollen, blau schimmernden Meer. Die Wohnung selbst war super ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich an nichts, sogar Waschmittel wurde vom super freundlichen Gastgeber gestellt. Kann die Wohnung nur komplett empfehlen und wir kommen sicher wieder!

Haus im Haus, Terrasse, Garten und Strandnähe - was will man mehr?
Schönes Haus mit großer Ost - Terasse (Meerblick) und großem, uneinsehbaren Westgarten mit Außendusche. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man diverse kleine Strände, in 10 Autominuten ist man am Hafen und in der Altstadt von Olbia. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns auf die Schnelle auch noch einen Kindersitz organisiert haben. Empfehlenswert, gerne wieder.

Mare a un passo
La casa è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Comoda, un bel giardino per fare colazione la mattina e un bel terrazzo per la sera. Il mare sta letteralmente a 50 metri con una scelta di spiagge e rocce. Molto bella.
