"My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. "Excellent reception great and warm. The room with a huge wall-length window, very bright and spacious. The bed and the pillows were comfortable, and we slept well. "Basic hotel with a small (overpriced) spa in the basement. Was very clean and decent sized rooms for a couple, although the air conditioning didn’t work and the room was freezing cold as you could feel a cold breeze at feet level in the room despite the window being shut."

"Overall not bad, certainly good value for money. The room was small and very basic, but at the same time, clean and warm. Breakfast was fine, the staff were all very polite and helpful. There is a McDonald’s and a couple of small shops nearby, but you’ll want to venture further for most things. Subway station is a couple of minutes walk and I had no problem getting an uber to pick me up here on a couple of occasions. I enjoyed visiting Prague and would say the hotel is good for a budget option "

"Staff is nice and despite what it looks like on the outside, it's quite nice on the inside. Room had a weird smell throughout my stay. Beds aren't too comfy but you get used to it. You get what you paid for basically. Walls are thin and despite having two doors, you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway and sometimes your neighbors. Other than that, if you want a cheap hotel to just sleep at night, this would be it. I didn't use the amenities as I was out most of the time lol. Overall...
